Light is the preferred material and tool that determines my work. It occupies the existing space and responds to everything that approaches the work. The fascination for this medium lies in the changes that happen, be it the perception of the environment or the changing color of material and body. My knowledge allows me to break and redefine standards of lighting technology. The tension between gentle and at the same time radical appearance drives me to deal with it. The results are pictures, sculptures and objects of light for indoor and outdoor spaces.

Licht ist das bevorzugte Material und zugleich Werkzeug,
das meine Arbeiten bestimmt. Es nimmt den bestehenden Raum ein und reagiert auf alles, das sich dem Werk nähert. Die Faszination für dieses Medium liegt in den Veränderungen, die geschehen, sei es die Wahrnehmung der Umgebung oder die sich wandelnde Material- bzw. Körperfarbe.
Mein Wissensstand erlaubt es mir, Normen der Lichttechnik zu brechen und neu zu definieren. Der Spannungsbogen zwischen sanfter und zugleich radikaler Erscheinung treibt mich an, damit zu hantieren. Die Ergebnisse sind Lichtbilder, -skulpturen und -objekte für den Innen- sowie Außenraum.
